Local Favorite Infusions

These are the go-to options for most people. They cover the fundamentals of hydration, energy, immunity, and recovery, and they're the ones our team recommends most often for first-timers.

Myers Mix ($150) The Myers Mix is where most people start, and for good reason. It combines B12, B-Complex, Vitamin C, and Magnesium, a combination that supports energy production, immune function, and hydration all at once. It was originally developed by Dr. John Myers in the 1970s and has since become one of the most studied IV formulations in the wellness space. If you're not sure what you need, this is a solid starting point.

Pre-Workout ($140) Built for people who want to get more out of their training sessions. B12 gives you the energy kick, Amino Blend supports muscle performance, and L-Taurine helps with endurance and focus. Best taken a few hours before you train.

The Gym Bag ($165) Similar to the Pre-Workout but with added B-Complex and Magnesium, which shifts the focus slightly toward recovery and metabolism. Good for people who train regularly and want something that works on both sides of the workout.

Migraine Mix ($175) This one is specifically formulated for headache and migraine relief. Magnesium is the key ingredient here since low magnesium levels are strongly associated with migraines, and IV delivery gets it into your system faster than an oral supplement ever could. Toradol is a powerful anti-inflammatory that helps bring the pain down quickly, and Glutathione supports detox and reduces oxidative stress. Most people feel meaningful relief within 30 to 60 minutes.

The Immunity Bag ($175) A comprehensive immune support formula with B12, Vitamin C, Zinc, B-Complex, Magnesium, and Vitamin D. It's popular during cold and flu season, but useful any time your body is under stress, before a big trip, after long hours at work, or when you feel something coming on.

Pregnancy Infusion ($125) A gentler blend of B-Complex, Vitamin C, and B12 designed with expecting mothers in mind. Always consult your OB or physician before booking this one, but for mothers managing fatigue or morning sickness, it's a popular option at our Middle Tennessee locations.

Vitaboost Junior ($125) Our kid-friendly option. B-Complex, Vitamin C, and Zinc in a formula appropriate for younger patients. Ask our team about age requirements and what to expect.

The HydroMedic ($45/$95) Pure saline hydration with no added nutrients. It's the simplest thing we offer and sometimes exactly what the situation calls for, whether that's mild dehydration, post-illness recovery, or as a base before adding mix-ins.

Elite Infusions

These formulas go deeper. They're designed for people with more specific goals or who want a higher-intensity version of what the standard menu offers.

Super Myers ($195)

Everything in the Myers Mix at a higher dose. If you've done the regular Myers Mix and want more, this is the next step. The elevated concentrations of B-Complex, Vitamin C, and Magnesium make this a popular choice for people managing chronic fatigue or high stress loads.

Post Workout ($180)

One of the more complex formulas on the menu. It pulls in Amino Blend, L-Taurine, Vitamin C, Mineral Blend, B-Complex, and Glutathione, essentially covering muscle recovery, rehydration, and antioxidant support in one bag. Best used within a few hours after an intense training session or competition.

Ultimate Warrior ($200)

This is a full-spectrum recovery and detox infusion combining Vitamin C, Amino Blend, Mineral Blend, B-Complex, B12, Glutathione, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. It's a popular choice after a long stretch of hard training, travel, illness, or any period where your body has taken a beating.

Migraine Mix Plus ($195)

The standard Migraine Mix with Vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic Acid added. The Vitamin C supports immune function and reduces inflammation, while Alpha Lipoic Acid is a potent antioxidant that may help with nerve-related pain. Good for people who find the standard Migraine Mix helpful but want something stronger.

Chronic Fatigue ($160)

Designed for people dealing with persistent, low-grade exhaustion that doesn't respond to sleep or rest. B12, Glutathione, and Alpha Lipoic Acid work together to address oxidative stress and support energy production at the cellular level. This one tends to appeal to people who have been running on empty for a while and want something targeted.

Hair, Skin & Nails ($175)

A cosmetic wellness formula built around Glutathione and Biotin, two nutrients with strong ties to skin clarity, hair strength, and nail health. Vitamin C and B-Complex round it out for overall cellular support. Popular among people who want their wellness routine to show on the outside too.

NAD+ Infusions

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. It plays a central role in energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cellular communication, and its levels naturally decline with age, stress, and poor sleep. IV delivery allows for much higher absorption than oral supplements.

HydroMedics offers NAD+ at multiple dose levels:

250MG NAD+ IV (1 to 2 hrs)

$190

500MG NAD+ IV (2 to 4 hrs)

$290

1000MG NAD+ IV (3 to 5 hrs)

$450

Package pricing is available for people who want to do a series: four sessions of 500MG for $1,000 or four sessions of 1000MG for $1,600. In-home NAD+ sessions are also available with a $75 travel fee.

People come to NAD+ therapy for a range of reasons including increased energy and mental clarity, better sleep, reduced signs of aging, support during addiction recovery, or simply the desire to invest in long-term cellular health. We'd recommend starting with the 250MG or 500MG dose and discussing your goals with our team before deciding on a protocol.

Injections

For people who want a targeted boost without a full IV infusion, we offer a range of intramuscular injections. They're faster to administer and a good option as a standalone or as an add-on to an existing treatment.

Shine On Me (Vitamin D3) at $20

Detoxify (Glutathione) at $20

The Skinny Boost (B12, Inositol, Choline, B6, Methionine) at $25

Beauty Boost (Biotin) at $25

The Wellness Boost (Amino Blend, Glutathione, B-Complex) at $40

Athletic Performance Blend (Amino Blend, Glutathione, L-Taurine) at $40

NAD+ 50MG injection at $65

NAD+ 100MG injection at $85

Add-Ons and Mix-Ins

Every infusion on our menu can be customized with additional vitamins or medications. Popular add-ons include Glutathione for detox and skin support, Vitamin C for immune function, and Alpha Lipoic Acid for antioxidant coverage. Zofran and Toradol are available as medication add-ons for nausea and pain relief.
